- US SHIPPING
- • Items ship within 3 business days (not counting weekends and holidays) of receiving confirmed/cleared payment.
- • Items paid for by check or money order are held for 10-12 business days to allow for payment to clear.
- • No UPS/FED EX shipments to PO Box addresses.
- • Please understand that you are responsible for all shipping charges in the event you refuse a package delivery or the address you provide is incorrect and the carrier returns the package as undeliverable
- REFUNDS & RETURNS
- • Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving a damaged shipment or if you wish to return an item.
- • If your item arrives damaged a shipping insurance claim will need to be filed.
- • If a return has been agreed to:
- »» the item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- »» the item must be in the same undamaged and/or unaltered condition as when it was shipped
- »» all original shipping materials must be returned (item's original box; all inserts and enclosures; original packing and cushioning materials-styrofoam, etc.)
- • Return shipping and insurance charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- • After a returned item has been received in accordance with the conditions above, a prompt refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) will be issued.
- • A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be imposed on returned items unless the wrong items were shipped or the items were significantly not as described.
